Because our services involve personalized cleaning and restoration work, our refund policy is as follows:
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
• Payments made for cleaning or restoration services are non-refundable once the service has been completed and delivered.
• As each service is tailored to the condition of your item, results may vary based on factors such as age, wear, material quality, and pre-existing damage.
2. Service Issues & Quality Concerns
• If you are unsatisfied with the results, we request you to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
• We will inspect the item and, if deemed appropriate, provide a free re-service (one-time only).
• Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where we are unable to provide the service as promised.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Orders cancelled before the service has started may be eligible for a refund, after deducting any administrative or pickup/delivery charges.
• Once work has commenced, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.
4. Exceptions
• We do not take responsibility for issues caused by undisclosed pre-existing damage, material defects, color bleeding, or wear-and-tear that limits restoration results.
• Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., expecting a brand-new look from an item that is heavily worn).
5. Mode of Refund (if applicable)
• Any approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
