- Free Pickup & Delivery: Available on all orders of INR 1000 or above within Lucknow city limits. - Orders below INR 1000: A nominal logistics fee will apply, depending on the pickup and delivery location.
- Scheduling: Once your order is confirmed, our team will schedule a convenient pickup and delivery time with you.

Shipping Outside Lucknow

- For customers outside Lucknow, shipping will be charged at actual courier/shipping cost as per the service provider’s rates.
- Customers will be informed of the estimated shipping charges before dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner.

Processing Time
