Glowry does not guarantee complete stain removal, color restoration, or structural repair. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, material fragility, fading, cracking, peeling, or manufacturer defects that may become more visible after cleaning.

All prices are listed on our website or provided through quotation and are subject to change based on item condition. Full payment may be required before items are returned. Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Product sales are final unless defective.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to workload or unforeseen circumstances. Glowry is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping details, or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for secure packaging when shipping items to us. We reserve the right to refuse service for items deemed unsuitable or unsafe for treatment.
